Can't think of anything else positive to say. Positive: The price for their services is competitive and so are the number of services offered. Last week I called the office to speak directly with the manager of our account or any manager and was told I would receive a call back shortly. a week and a half later and 40+ emails, we should finally be getting submitted today. Once 2 weeks passed, we chased for another 2 weeks before getting a response. After chasing them to start, we were told they would gather and get back to us in 2 weeks. Their tax service is a catastrophe! The person handling our account is negligent and unresponsive.
The secretarial service has been ok thus far. Signing up with them included them handling our account transfer from our previous provider which turns out was incomplete.
Summary: The service is some of the worst I have ever experienced.
